I can't find the manga, and the anime is taking too long to be subbed, so does anyone know what happens? Does Nabu give up on Hachiko? Does Hachiko go through with marrying Tamuki, and have her baby? Does Nana get with Yasu?
I go tto where Tamuki is visiting Hachiko's parents, and Nana has a breathing attack because Nabu said he was giving up on Hauchi.
Is the manga still on-going. Anyways anything you tell me would be helpful.

Yes, the manga is still ongoing and there is an anime & 2 live action movies if you didn't know about them. What chapter did you leave off at? This site has the chapters up to 64 (Volume 17). Hope that helped.. I haven't read that far so I can't really give you any spoilers. Sorry!
