Transcription is when tRNA is created from DNA, and the two DNA strands are "unzipped" to make tRNA, so c.

uh, these answers are unclear so i'm just going to give the jist of transcription

transcription factors bind to promoter sites
RNA polymerase binds to the complex of factors
they open the DNA double helix
RNA polymerase goes down one strand
assembles ribonucleotides into a strand of RNA(base pairing)

eventually it'll reach a termination signal and will be released.

i think that's about it, there may be some other details in there it's been a while.
