Wow with the info here I am ready to jump from the bridge!
Some fish just do that. What kind of fish is it....lots of info left out such as what kind of fish (this is important to figure out what is going on) how large is the tank, what the water quality is Need more info hun or we can all say what everyone has said, perhaps "it's dead".
Also, repost only because no one is going back to reread questions they have passed over
Send email and I will try to help or repost with more info. I have a dog.....doesn't tell one much does it. We are here to help, but we are not miricle workers. Although we would like to be.
Repost the question since most of us will not revisit questions we have answered you have a better shot at getting better answers, not trying to sound mean here.

anytime you question the health of a fish, it is always best to have a water test done by a local petstore or purchase one to have at home to do it yourself. Due to the many reasons why fish become ill, it is easiest to determine the cause by understanding what is actually going on in the fishes enviroment. This will usually help explain how and why the fish became sick, and a petstore employee should be able to give you the correct advise for your situation or recommend a good medication

If it dosen't wiggle, it's dead, if it does, it is alive but you can kiss it goodbye because it may not last long. Unless yu have a carp, the only way it will survive is just if he/she is the kind of fish that stays at the bottom. Ask people at a nearby fish store.

Sounds dead to me. Remove it before the others eat the sick dead fish and get whatever it had.
