Couldn't be too many... because we have a boat load of those pervs here in Texas. I live in a fairly nice part of Houston.... not high class but nice working people, low crime,,, and 98 are located within a five mile radius.
Houston.... we have a problem.

Tons of them. I think the greatest concentration of them is around the Lee Highway area.
The city just redesigned their web site, and the sex offender registry is offline at this time.
