Yeah... My sister was trying to get my boyfriend to go with her and I was so heated.... I just went into my bathroom and screamed and I noticed my teeth had indented into my tongue... I was really mad!!!!!

yes its a natural instinct for some people. i get them when i play baseketball, softball and wrestling. its normal... alot of people have nervous or angry habits similar nail bitting or lip licking(my worst problem)
