Alright, there is this guy who i've been friends with for maybe 2 months or more. He knew i had a boyfriend and i knew that he had a fiancee. Well at work we act like best friends, he comes to see me, i go to see him, we walk to lunch together, little stuff like that. I've hung out with him once at his house with his parents there. Well one night this guy calls up my bf and tells him that I need to stop flirting with him before it goes any further. Now to me it seems like he's trying to get my bf to break up with me. What does it seem like to you?

It seems to me that if this is an issue, it should be between you and your bf. Does your bf know who this guy you work with is? Did he know when you went to his house, or are you keeping that to yourself? If you didn't tell your bf, why not? If you have an open and honest relationship with your bf, and both of you are comfortable with your work friend being around, then you have no problem. If you find yourself keeping your bf in the dark about things, you need to ask yourself why and then assess if you need to make some changes to fix that

first of all he seems like a really confusing guy. he cant decide if he wants you or his fiance and im sure that because he hung out with you and has started liking you that he feels guilty. thats why he went and called up your boyfriend. he may have been trying to get your boyfriend to break up with you but not because he exactly like you because im sure he does but he felt guilty and didnt want to tell you or his fiance his feelings so he figured that if he told your boyfriend that your boyfriend would talk to you and you'd stop talking to him completely. id say just leave this confusing guy alone he doesnt know what he wants and probably never will.

i seem like this guy is someone 2 u. maybe it's the guy's fiancee or ur boyfrind. they want u 2 to stop being freinds because it seems 2 them that u 2 r getting 2 close.

It all depends on your feelings for him as compared to your current boyfriend.
From my point of view he is behaving like a jerk by doing what he did.
Ask him why he did it and ask him how he will feel if you did the same to his fiancee. That should tell you his motive.
