Coragyrp is right. I have a brother that was drinking and drunk one night and stood behind a car in a parking lot and took a whiz. He got arrested and hauled to jail for indecent ex poser. When he went to rent a place to live in, they do a back ground check and it came back he was a sex offender. He was horrified that he was now classified as a sex offender. Like how many guys have got drunk and done this, had they got caught its a heavy price to pay.
So, lesson to be learned, you don't always know the true facts and someone can be tared and feathered for doing something like reliving themselves where they shouldn't have.

The term "sex offender" is not the same as "child molester".
Sex offenders including anyone convicted of a sexually related crime. That includes indecent exposure, urinating in public, streaking, adults getting caught have sex in a public place, etc.
So, a list of "sex offenders" is meaningless. It says nothing about whether those people are a threat to anyone.

Well we can not keep them in jaill...we have to make room for the real criminals...DEAD BEAT DADS...These guys do not get out of jail early because of overcrowing, so the child molester has to move somewhere, and why not in your neighborhood...this way if the act up, the court system can put them back in jail just to let them out again and again...
The buttom line here that the Court people still have jobs, Judge can get raises as they see fit to do so and it's not their kids that get molested, because if they do, then the court will put the child molester in jail for the rest of their lives.
So you should feel honor that you kid will get molested because the court system is making money on your kid expense.
God Bless Our Legal System for it is the best in the world...well not for us anyway

I've checked out my local county sheriff's site...the vast majority of pervs in my town live in a not-so-great part of town.
