Well they named the episode that way because Squadward tells Spongebob a ghost story during the night because he wanted to scare Spongebob. Then at 3 in the morning the signs of the ghost story made up comes true, than a dark figure comes in and Spongebob and Squadward thought it was the has sling hasher. They thought that he was going to get them. But in the end it was someone who was asking for a job. And aslo the story was taken at night. At the end it in back in white some guy was playing with the light switch. They said his name.
