How to forget and let the past go?

Anyone have any big regrets? How do you deal with them? Im having a hard time letting go of some things and its holding me, and my life back.

How do I deal with this?

We ALL have some regrets. You need to concentrate on forgiving yourself for any mistakes you've made. It will take time but you can learn to do it. Set your mind on how to NOT do whatever you did in the first place and go ON. If you owe someone else an apology then offer a sincere one. It's on them whether to accept it or not. PEACE

You will never be able to forget the past , none of us can , but what works for me and you can try it is : Concentrate and at the point of turn about in your life visualize it as a golden book and in it when you open it you will see your life that you want to be closed , in there exists all the memories you want to put to rest , and then suddenly shut the golden book and that is it , and when you want to remember something , in your mind open the book retrieve the memory and close it , and do this as often as you can do , force your brain to maintain the memories in your golden book and make a new one of your new life forward , good luck .

We all have regrets. Forgive those who have hurt you. Yesterday is gone. So the song goes. There will be better days ahead. Try to make the right choices in the future. It will get better.

The Secret. I'm not being trite. You can't change the past but you can damn sure create a better future for yourself. We all f**k up sometimes. As long as you focus on all your negative stuff, it will only draw more negative to you.(Law of Attraction)
