There is gay marriage allowed in Wisconsin, and every other state. A gay man can marry a lesbian woman as long as long as they are both of age and not related.
These laws have nothing to do with sexual orientation. They are purely gender-based discrimination.
That being said, I don't think the government should be in the business of restricting legal benefits based solely on the gender of the people involved..

No, there shouldnt be gay marrige anywhere. Because a man marrying a man isnt marrige at all, nor a woman marrying a woman. I pray that all gays seek help and learn to not be gay, and those that cant not be gay keep away from gay practices

What business is it of mine who sleeps with whom, and who is married to whom. If they love one another, are committed to one another, and want to remain faithful to the other, who cares what sex they are???
Too many people worry about what the other one is doing, and not enough about their own lives and ethics.
