I just started playing tennis, I love the sport but I cant always hit the courts after school practice every day. I want to improve fast! What are some exercises that I can do in my home that will improve my game? I dont have a solid wall to hit the ball off of and I'd prefer to do it indoors. Im not looking for cardio training or muscle building of any sort, just little things I can do to improve, such as bouncing the ball on the raquet to improve accuracy.
