Mahna Mahna was a good song, and easy to remember. But, if you look, I'm sure that it was first used on the Muppet Show in the first season(I believe) Do do dododo. I'll look it up, but I'm pretty sure that's how it is.

YES! I love Munamana ever since I was in kindergarden and have always thought that the idea was VERY amusing and original...I find it sad though that many did not get the chance to spend childhood enjoying the great song...poor chumps...
