I have been on survey sites....and every since then my computer is running really slow....i deleted cookies...don't know what eles to do>>>:(

In addition to what the previous two respondants have mentioned, you could try deleting some of your temporary files by going to Tools, then Internet Options, then Delete Files under 'Temporary Internet files'. Doing what I have just mentioned will not erase History. Doing the msconfig option also is useful for clearing the computer of programs starting up immediately with the computer even if they are not frequently used.
You could also try using the defragmenter, found on the Start up menu through Programs, then Accessories, then System Tools and then Disk Defragmenter.
Running a virus scan could be helpful too.

You may have gotten spyware installed on your computer.
Spyware causes weird things to happen to your computer, including your computer to act very slowly.
Go get rid of it, Google has some downloads that you can run. Just click on the link.

It sounds like your computer was infected with a virus or a spyware when you went to those sites. Run your virus software and scan for spyware too. Good luck.

msconfig
Then click on the startup tab, delete all . . .
Then restart . . .
