add Taylor Tankersley and get rid of david weathers

No - Tankersley is hurt and has been passed by Kevin Gregg and Matt Lindstrom in the race to be the Marlin's closer.
That being said, Weathers looks like he may have been passed by Bill Bray - if you can try to grab one of these three instead.

Thats a great Pick up. Tankersley is going to be the Marlins Closer. (and closer for the future) He will get you a good ERA and whip and maybe 30 saves.
Weathers isnt even the number one guy on his own team

DO it tankersley is going to be the closer. Just look at weathers ERA its horrible last season so keep him
