If you are an adult, what's the problem? If you are mature enough to get married then you should be mature enough to tell your mother.

Just be honest with your mother and tell her when you feel the time is right. I think your mother will appreciate that you actually tell her and confide in her with this and she will love and respect your decision for it. I think she will be happy for you! Good luck!
