oh yeah... i once told the people at comcast that their employee base must be full of ignorant-*** high school kids working seasonal jobs, since no one there seems to f***ing know what they're doing. would you know that after that, my cable actually was fixed? (finally!)
i've also told my share of cell phone representatives what i think of their IQ's...

Yes, but I only do this when I am really provoked (I've worked in Customer Service before - so I do have some sympathy). That said - I have really let loose on a CSR at my credit card company for upping my APR for no reason. She did get me to a supervisor - who got more of the same. A manager finally got it fixed.

Hell yes! I worked in Customer Service almost all my working life. I know how it works! If the rep doesn't help you, you demand a supervisor! (Most companies don't put a real supervisor on the phone, so I always give them a hard time and tell them I know they aren't the supervisor). Then I get a manager, so I actually get a supervisor....Then I get somewhere! It is VERY frustrating!

OMG, my dad have been given the jam doughnut element without jam to boot as quickly as. Do you reckon Morrison is plotting to take all the jam removed from unsuspecting shoppers or something?

my credit card company called me 4 times in a roll, i asked them to please call me after 5:00 when I get off work, and I would be able to talk to them, of course they didn't stop calling. so when I got off work I called them complained, hung up called back again complained some more, called back 3 more times all in a roll, bitching at them, asked them how they liked it, which they didn't. Needless to say they have not called my back since then and that was 4 months ago. I got my point across. lol

I got a little snippy with an AOL operator trying to cancel an account. I was annoyed, but knew the girl was following protocol. I was very tempted to stoop to name calling.

Oh yeah. be careful though-a company I worked at had an "abuse" policy and if a customer was caught being abusive, they would close his account permanently.
