well music wen ive heard it for a long time, the sound of a fan, and well just laying in bed wit my girl not doing bad things and just talking or cuteling.

Heat from a hair dryer on my back or facing the sun with my back also makes me tired.

I can never sleep and my mind keeps going and going...kind of like the energizer bunny. I take Advil PM to help me sleep....I get less head aches too

After I take a sleeping pill(perscribed) I read. It always seems to help me fall to sleep. Sex only wakes me up.
