I don't know which to choose. I go to a kind of magnet high school. You specialize in a program, and most of the classes are already chosen. I chose a Biotechnology class. But Game developing is really interesting to me. but both are. And I don't know what to do. What classes would I have to take to be in game design, or to help develop one?

I see myself possible doing one or the other. I'm completely torn in half.

Here's general advice for people facing this situation:
Go to the school of your choice and worry about your general requirements. While trying to complete your general requ. you can take classes in both biotech. and game design. College courses are much different than high school. This will give you an idea on what you want to stick with.

Keep in mind you can also double major. Both game design and biotech. require computer classes/tech. classes so it won't be too much of a burden to double major. Or Major/Minor.

For game design you will have to take various computer related classes. Such as programming, 3D animation, etc...

Hope this helps!
