I would say that seafood is more less liked by people from the midwest because they dont get good quality seafood by the time it comes because they dont live by an ocean and that is also why they would'nt have much experience tasting seafood. Plus I'm from the midwest and live in Cali now and there is a huge number difference in the people that like seafood here and not so much there.

Seafood is not that popular in the Interior States because they are far from the coasts. Seafood is more readily available in areas closer to the coasts.

Kansas, Nebraska, Indiana, Iowa, mostly your farm states, of course they do like fresh water fish, but not really hot for seafood.

Definately Indiana! I grew up in NC where we went to a fish camp every weekend. People here don't even know what that is. Indiana's idea of fresh seafood is Red Lobster. They have no idea what they're missing!

HEY>>>>>>>> I'm originally from Indiana and I LOVE seafood.
I'd think it wouldn't be popular in states like Wyoming and Montana. More Cattle country.
