It is a cartoon for children.. Its meant for laughs. I mean how many young kids actually think "Hmm.. a rabbit kissing a guy.." I am pretty sure they wouldn't care, I mean as if talking rabbits and ducks wasn't enough.
I am pretty sure the creators didn't think of making bugs bunny gay.
