when I give reports and stuff I get all shaky and start to talk really fast. I have to give a report to my class. How do I feel more comfortable giving a report? TIPS plz!

Make yourself physically relax - inhale a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a second, then release it slowly through your mouth. Also, don't let them get to you! Imagine a room full of your friends, or with no one in there - just relax, and have fun with it! Also, make yourself talk reeeeeally slowly - at least, it will seem like you're talking slow, but in reality, you're talking at a speed that normal people can understand ^^ And pronouce your words carefully!

I have never had a problem with public speaking, but some of my friends do. Some things they did to overcome it was to:
Pretend they are talking to themselves.
Don't look directly at people but at the wall or something, it's technically eye contact.
Even if you stumble/ stutter, act like you meant to do it.
Smile becaus esmiling makes you happy.
Take your time saying you speech because if you do it fast, no one will hear what you have to say.
Just remeber that the people you are talking to are your friends! No need to be ashamed!

I GOT THAT SAME FEAR! I FREAK OUT WHENEVER I HAVE TO TAKE AN ORAL TEST OR DO PRESENTATIONS! IF I WERE U I WOULD ASK THE TEACHER IF I COULD DO THE PRESENTATION IN FRONT OF HIM/HER OR TRY TO TALK TO THE TEACHER ABOUT UR FEAR.

don't panic and be confident...
don't look on people's faces or their body... look up above their heads, so you wouldn't be disturbed... feel like the people around you are stones... concentrate...
