Calm down. Its just your ligaments due to your growing tummy. If you were having an miscarriage you would be bleeding severely.,

The pains that you are having are completely normal. I promise, Im pregnant with my 2nd child and I get them the pains all the time. My doctor says that they are just ligament pains that are just getting a little stretched like when you move a certain way or get up too fast. Do you notice that it happens alot when you sit up or turn your body a certain way? I swear it's no big deal. Im 30 weeks along now and I still get them. it's very normal, ALL pregnant ladies get that same pain once in a while. You would know if you were miscarring. You would bleed alot and you wouldn't feel any movement from your baby. If your really nervous, just call your doctor and they can reasure you that everything is ok.

I can remember having the same fears when I was pregnant with all 3 of my children. I lost my first one, not through miscarriage but the baby had a condition where she wouldn't have survived after birth, so I was induced and delivered at 5 month pregnant, so I was really jumpy with my next 3 pregnancies. I had the same feelings, they felt like grabby type pains down low in my uterus...The doctor told me that this was just the baby attaching itself to the uterus, and there was nothing to worry about. That was me, but for your piece of mind you should get checked out just to put your mind at ease and better to be safe than sorry. Good Luck :)

its probally nothing serious. I was scared too and what u descibe sound like what i have. Just to be safe call the dr and tell them about the pain, they will ask u some questions and narrow down the possiblity. Try looking at a Sears store in the materniy are a and find a maternity belt. When I have pain I put it on and its gone in seconds. Good luck

Women can experience gas, heartburn, and indigestion more frequently while they are pregnant. I think a miscarriage would have more pronounced symtoms like heavy bleeding, extreme pain in the back and true contractions. Bring up your symptoms to your doctor if they persist. I did look up a site to help ease your worrying.

Its normal there is a set of elastic band type muscles that are right over your uterus from top to bottom as your uterus gets bigger the muscles are stretched and thats were the pain comes from this should go away soon. If this is your first pregnancy its okay to worry. my first pregnancy I purchased the book Pregnancy For Dummies Its a great reference book it tells you all this stuff. It also tells you fact from myth I highly recommended it You won't be sorry trust me!!! Good Luck

It is probably a little of both. Your body has to "stretch" to make room for that growing baby. So it is nothing, it is when it is accompanied with blood, diaphera or vomitting that you need to alarm your self.
Try sitting or laying down. Give yourself a lot of rest now you are in the middle of your pregnancy so you are going to get more tired and more pains are going to come.
Settle in with other pregnant moms or those ttc....

Is your pain continuous? is it so bad you cannot stand up? If not it's probably just muscles stretching, or it could be gas. I worried a lot with my daughter too, every little pain freaked me out. Try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

It sounds like round ligament pain. Does it feel like something is ripping inside you when you turn or move quickly??? If it does than it is probably that. Its your uterus stretching and nothing to worry about. But you can always call your doctor and talk to the nurse it might reassure you.

I had the same thing and I thought it was my appendix but it turns out it was the ligaments stretching, and they hurt like a *****, it felt like a pulling and tightening pain. This is a question i'd ask a doctor about, esp. if you are worried it could be a miscarriage.
