They wants to be near Micheal Jackson for all practical purposes.I wont be surprised if many more also join him.
Seriously the reason to move should be investigated thoroughly by citizenry.
On the other hand look at the advantages No Rent No Tax No hassle from US Congress No Obligations what so ever and the whole US military to protect you for free.It is a dream come true thing.
