I will not attempt to justify her actions and I understand what you are going through, it happened to me as well.
The short answer is that she wants more than what she had, a life of her own to do with as she pleases.
It sounds harsh but she left for the "new adventure" and the excitement of a fresh relationship where she is the center of attention. Her life became dull and predictable and that's about it in a nutshell.
Her loss is and always will be the greatest wealth in the world anyone can have, A Family.

Being a father, as I am, I wouldnt be much of a dad, if I did this and the same goes for mothers. She's not too much of a mother to let her kids go for a man. Men come and go, but your children are yours for life, and the love will always be there and the bond between them. There aint too much about a woman that leaves her kids for a man, aint no man or woman worth loosing your kids over. No one is worth all that. Good Luck.

There are some things in life that just don't make sense...you found one. It just isn't normal for a mother to abandon her children under any circumstance. My concern isn't for the mother or the new boyfriend...it's the kids. Are they better off without her? Sounds like a good maybe to me. Let's look after the kids first! Good luck.

Because no matter what we want to think,real life people are not all cut out to be good parents.It is probably a good thing for those children that she did this. It shows that she doesn't want the responsibility of children so hopefully that will be two children who will not know abuse because of not being wanted and maybe will receive extra love because there mom did leave.Sometimes even if it is a ugly fact of life it is for the best.
