For Health Insurance purposes you will need the basic. Drug test usually done by urine sample. I saw a doctor just for general questions. Medical questions such as family history and types of medication that you may be taking. No blood work, thank God, but that depends on the Insurance Company. You may be asked to take a heart stress test. Don't worry, nothing to worry about.

I agree with your other answers, mostly they'll do a drug screen, check you for HIV (some countries won't allow you in if you're HIV positive), do a chest x-ray for tuberculosis, blood work just to make sure your doing fine and a physical exam. This will all also depend on the company you work for.
