You mean 1 centimeter and 65 milimeters? Yes, definitely. That's about 1/2 an inch.

Yes, that's less than an inch. I think they meant 1.65 metres which is about 5' 4".

Do you mean metres? Because I'm 1.67m tall and I'm not in the Book of Records.
I think people are only 1.65cms tall when they're still in the womb (that's less than an inch).

I am 1 meter and 65 cm long, which is more or less 5 feet 6 inches more or less.
