Don't tell me to mow lawns and don't tell me to walk dogs. I tried every damn thing. It just doesn't work. I want a job that I can go to that pays money. A real legal job. Not something like dog walking or mowing lawns. Does anyone know of any places?

I'm pretty sure some grocery stores hire kids at 14 for bringing in the carts and bagging. Be persistent and show the place that you want a job there. Show that you're mature enough for it, despite your age. After you fill out an application, call the place a week later and ask if they've looked at your application yet. It's always good to show interest.

Paper route pays money to underaged. The only other thing I can think of is a car wash may let you slide on the age or janitorial service. But both would have to be under the table because of child labor laws.

You can always babysit.

Possibly harvesting the crop if you are near farms. I know one youngster who did that. However, this is seasonal and very hard which is why the illegals are the only ones who will do it.

Other than that, there are paper routes.

Sorry to tell you this but any business (besides a relative) will not hire you because of the liability involved.
