Yeah, it's legal. As long as they won't be out past the curfew. But it's also safe that they be dropped off at the movies with a couple of friends. You never know these days with all those pedophiles and rapists out there.

legal or not,lots of people do and many 13 year olds go to t he movies alone or with their budies.
