If he is employed by a driving school then just ask if you can be given another instructor. It is the driving school you have the contract with, not the instructor.

If he is from a reputable driving school, you should have a receipt for your payment.
My fiance is a driving instructor (self employed) and he gives receipts out. He also give the first lesson half price so his student can meet him before they sign for any block bookings.
He hasn't lost any students so far.
Go to the company say you're not happy with your instructor and they should offer you an alternative instructor or your money back. If they don't contact the citizens advice bureau, they will help you recoup your fee's.

Tell the driving school that you want another instructor because you will never learn to drive with the attitude of the instructor you now have, or you want your money back and will go elsewhere for driving lessons.Perhaps you can phone them about this.

"deliver the bloody grasp up. you and all people else who has this undertaking are ruining my bloody motor vehicle" If that's strictly what she stated, replace instructors and report her to the driving standards enterprise - no instructor could desire to talk over with you like that - that's a controversy of effortless courtesy. And, despite you do, don't experience undesirable approximately changing instructors.

I am sure if you just ring the driving school and say that you don't feel relaxed with your instructor I am sure they will be able to help you! They want you to pass, because it looks good on their statistics - they want you to be relaxed with your instructor!

Don't worry about it - I think you will find it all very easy!

If you "have not started", how do you know he is rude? Just because someone told you, that's just their opinion.

I'd do a few lessons and see how it goes; sometimes an abrupt manner may get you motivated (think "I'll show him").

Also, when you've passed your test, you will encounter many rude people on the road. You have to be a bit hard nosed on todays highways.

Good luck.
