how do i make them have a lighter tint? any ideas without lipstick/ gloss?

first of all to lighter your lip color permanantly put some potato juice on it daily.and the other problem by using lip liner you should got the look .i think so....

lip balm can make them lighter i heardbut thatsabout the only way without lipgloss..unless you put like concealer on ur lip..

You can try to put something on them to make it look like they are smaller but they didn't change size.
