how do people become proskaters?

how do they get sponsered by a skate team and stuff

you send in sponsorship videos or get looked at at competitions. you eventually have to work your way up until you get a new sponsorship and get put on the pro/am circuit.

first, u have to know how to skate really well and know how to do some tricks. w/ those known, u put them in a video and send it to the team u want 2 be sponsered by
