I know for sure they will let you work at grocery stores as a bagger or cart person and some fast food chains and depending on how close you are to 16, most rest. and clothing stores will okay you to work. I started at 14, but i worked under the table. Try a mom and pop chain (family owned business) they are less likely to follow the standards.

i'm 15 and i got a job at Foodland which is a medium sized grogery store. but i'm only alloud to do certain things. like i cna't be on cash if they sell lottery. i can't use ovens cuz i'm not 16 either adn i can't be on ladders. that's the rules here in Canada if your working under the age of 16.

I know Tim Hortons and some A&W's will hire 15 yr olds as well. and depending how close to 16 you are depends on other areas.

it never hurts to apply to other stores and if they see you are reliable and commited and ambitous they may hirse you. try every where you never know who may just hire you.

goodluck. and don't forget your resume!

i worked on a farm when i was little. i picked potatoes, worked on a harvester, and feed cows. it was kind of fun, but it depends on if you live in an area where these opportunities are available to you. i live in new brunswick so that kind of stuff is everywhere.
