I need to look cute the next tiem i see my guy friend so how do i do that on a small budget?

Acessorize an outfit always adds a little interest. You can find really cute trendy earrings, hats, bracelets or belts that are also affordable (think Target or Mandee).
I would wear a simple tee and jeans, and then add a little extra embellishment.
But remember not to overdo it...when you were too many trends together, you will go from a "do" to a "don't", and also, it will look like your trying too hard.

use what u have. put ur hair in a new style, put on a little make up, and paint ur nails.
