Hey you guys, I have to write an essay and need an example of a horrible ruler of the past. I've been googling the world's worst rulers of the past for the past one hour and got nothing. If any of you have even the slightest idea of a bad ruler, please respond. I really need help:(

well, i don't know what your parameters are, but stalin, chairman mao, idi amin, richard nixon, augusto pinochet, Queen Mary of England, Ivan the Terrible....
