No, paypal itself won't affect your credit score but if you have a credit card associated with your paypal account & don't pay, then that will have an effect. If you are setting up a cash balance, like a pre-paid card & using that, then it will have no effect.

Only if you apply for their actual credit card. I have the crappiest credit of anyone you haev EVER met and I have the debit card, buyer and a seller account.

It shouldn't. It takes the payment directly from your credit card, as long as you keep up with credit card payments you should be fine.
