no they are just a safe way to pay for things over the net...

No, paypal itself won't affect your credit score but if you have a credit card associated with your paypal account & don't pay, then that will have an effect. If you are setting up a cash balance, like a pre-paid card & using that, then it will have no effect.

I've had a paypal account for over a year, nothing about it appears on my credit report..

Not unless you signed up for a paypal credit card when you set up your account. Otherwise, don't worry about it! :o)

Only if you apply for their actual credit card. I have the crappiest credit of anyone you haev EVER met and I have the debit card, buyer and a seller account.

It shouldn't. It takes the payment directly from your credit card, as long as you keep up with credit card payments you should be fine.

Yes & No! Yes cause it will make your score go down if you use it a lot! No because it won't if you use it barely any at all.

they can, if you took out a loan with them and failed to repay! that will affect your credit score!
