Well, that all depends on what you mean by learn. If you mean that classes are offered and you can view them online, no. But you can find University level Japanese online and then you can try to learn from what is online.

I can provide you with Japanese tutors!

I teach English at a university in Japan. Several of my students are studying also to get qualifications to teach Japanese to foreigners. If you are game, I can have my students tutor you online. All's you need to do would be to message me your email address, then I would pass your email address on to my students. Then my students would get in touch with you. Then, you can start your sessions with them. If you want to give it a go, please message me. I have offered this to several people on Yahoo! Answers and they are pleased with it. You could be, too!

Are you looking for college credit, or just learning the reading and writing part? If you already have a good grasp of the grammar, then you might be better off practicing reading and listening on your own, by reading manga (many of which offer furigana, or pronunciation guides for the kanji) and/or light novels, and watching TV shows.

I believe language acquisition, especially vocabulary, is best done in context, and outside of actually living in Japan, the best way to get context is to read and listen as much as you can.
