Where can I get a cartridge hold down clamp? Mine snapped while replacing the color ink cartridge.

Hi. Honest to gosh it would be cheaper to replace the printer. If you pick one that uses the same cartridges the price difference would only be about $50 or less. You could try using a nylon wire tie to get by.
