That was the highest scoring game in college football history, but Cumberland had actually disbanded their team before that season. The only reason they played was to get out of paying a fine to GT. So, Cumberland was not a football team at all, and it can be argued that it was therefore not a Div. I team.

I dunno but WVU beat Rutgers 85-10 in 2002. Seems like a good margin.
