u have to wear an unpadded bra. measure under ur breasts and add 5 to that number. if the sum ends up being an odd number then round up to the nearest even number. this is ur band size
measure ur breasts. take that number and subtract the original band size (with no additions or anything. just ur original number).
DIFFERENCE:
1 inch=A cup
2 inchs= B cup
3 inches=C cup
and so on......add the band size (with all the addition and stuff) and you will get a number and a letter like: 32B. this is ur bra size. u can email me if u still dont get it : ]

Go to a store you trust and get a measurement.
Most bras are true to their size.
See if the store will let you try several different styles on. I spent an an hour and a half in a store trying on several different styles this past Saturday.
Even tho they all may hold to their size they won't all fit and feel the same on you.

Easiest thing to do is go to a woman's specialty store - like Victoria's Secret and get a free bra measurement. They will measure around your bust and give you the proper width and cup size and they do it for free.

With a yardage tape.
Stand up and bend over 90 degrees, so that your facing the floor and your "boobs" are hanging freely.
Now wrap the tape measure around your back and directly across your nipples, snugly.
Now look to see what the measurement is.
This is the correct way to measure for a bra, (and, unfortunately, most women don't know this!).

No, they're not all the same. I found that out last week when I bought 2 bras, my usual size, without trying them on and when I got home....surprise! They didn't fit & I had to return them. Grrrrr.

no bra sizes are not the same at all.
go to a nordtroms or victoria secret because they know exactly what bra size you would have to wear and would have the perfect fit.

Measure just underneath your breasts and that's how you get the first measurement (i.e. 34, 36, etc.) Then measure directly over your nipples, then subtract the first number from the second number and this is your cup size. (i.e. 2 " difference is a B cup, 3" difference is a C cup, etc.)
