How far can you go with a project bid if you only have 5,000 pounds?

I wanted to know what resources is affordable with that amount of money, if you were to 'kick start' a project. Im specifically talking about giving sport/leisure experience and information to people with disabilities living in a deprived area or community. I know 5,000 is not a lot.

£5000 will buy a decent design and print of a Brochure and perhaps advert in local papers etc.

Is this for Charity or Business ?

If Charity, try to get a 'matching' grant ... if Business then work out how to recover the costs by charging the users or user groups for some service = also charge other Businesses to Advertise in your Brochure - and then get a loan to finance the production & delivery.

You might also be able to 'hook up' with some existing Sports/Leisure Buisiness in this field eg. so you can include Vouchers eg. for local Sports center & discounts at local Sports shops - then you may be able to charge for the Brochure itself ...
