how would you interpret this artwork?

I don't have an actual photograph of this picture. I will describe the best I can. Its a digitally manipulated photo of a beautiful young blond woman standing naked with her back to us. She is covered with a skin disorder, only on her back. We can see her face as she turns her head slightly and it is very pretty without any skin problem. Her left hand is missing at the wrist!!Please tell me what you think it means.

Disease and misfourtune never spares the beautiful. That is how I see it.
