he said that when Michelles husband died, he was in the car with Paul and Paul was driving drunk. Paul crashed the car and Michelles husband died instantly so they moved him into the driving seat, so Paul wouldnt get done for death by dangerous driving. This is why Paul has disappeared after Ryan stole Sonnys car.

Liam told her that they was pi@@ed and Michelle's husband was killed in the crash when Paul drove the car home. so they put his body in the driving seat so as to avoid blame or prosecution thus a murder charge
