My first pregnancy was ectopic but then dropped and attached. It was all very confusing to me especially because it was my first pregnancy. But the doctors suggested that I terminate the pregnancy because the baby was not healthy. So I'm guessing though that if the baby was fine then everything would have been OK. The doctors also said that it's kinda rare for and ectopic to drop and attach. Hope this helps. But if you think that you have an ectopic Please go to the doctor right away!!! They are very dangerous!!

No, sorry. With a tubal pregnancy the egg attaches in your fallopian tube usually. It never makes it to the uterus. Ectopic pregnancies are very dangerous and can be deadly for you when the fetus starts growing. It has no room to grow and can rupture. If it doesn't correct itself surgery is required.

There's no way to keep the baby, because it's not in the uterus...it's in the fallopian tube where it was fertilized. You risk a burst tube and hemorrhage if you don't get treatment...Then your chances of getting pregnant at another time are reduced by about 50 %.

if you have an eptopic prengancy, you lose the baby. the baby is on the outside of the womb and can't develop right so either way, the baby will die.

If the baby is IN the tubes then the answer is generally no. If the baby is outside the uterus it is rare, but it still happens.
