ovulation occurs 14 days before your period starts...so if you're on a 28 day cycle (average) it's about 14 days after your period Starts. (sounds confusing, i know, but avoid sex about 3 days before you ovulate and a couple days after).

not a week before your period nor the week after your period most likely in between be careful though

Please tell me you're not planning on using that as a conception method right? It's pretty much fair game, if you aren't plannin on getting pregnant, then go on BC, use a condom don't leave it to chance.

probably when you are trying really hard to get pregnant. Stop thinking about it and it normally happens on its on.
