Well fast food restaurants like Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut, etc. they are great for teens. I worked as a Mary Kay consultant, well I still do and its great flexible work when you want, theres no limit to what you can earn and lets face it teenagers have a bunch of friends who they can sell to as well as teachers. They can also work at hospitals as volunteers at first to get the experience and then work their way up to a job.

Gee, teens have been getting jobs and working for decades and decades now, so I wouldn't think this would be so tough. Anyway, they can apply for retail work bagging/checking groceries, stocking shelves, working at Target, K-Mart, McDonald's, Burger King, pizza places, and other similar establishments.

Waiting tables. You can make some good money doing that. Cashier at your local grocery store. I really enjoyed working at the grocery store while I was in high school.
