does anyone know of or use an eyeliner that is meant to be applied on the nner rims of eyes and wont smudge, smear, rub, or flake off all day. also, one that doesnt need to be reapplied because it will stay on the inner rim all day long. i dont care if its pencil, liquid, or gel, just as long as it stays there. so, please leave the brand and what its called. kthnxbyee<3

I vote, hands down, for MAC fluidliner in Blacktrack. It stays on all day, no smudging, no budging, and it looks bold, black, and with the faintest sheen to make your eyes really pop.
It is a gel eyeliner that is best applied using a thin, stiff angled brush (the 266 if you want to use a MAC brush). You don't need a lot, so the little pot it comes in will last you awhile and makes it worth the price of a medium-end cosmetic line.
It's such a great staying liner that I've showered to get ready to go out and the makeup has stayed perfectly intact!

None of them are meant to be worn on the inner eye rim...
But if you want something that will NEVER come off (but might be very dangerous to put so close to your eyeball), try Makeup Forever. That stuff is like PAINT. and I tried it on my upper eyelid some got inside my eye, and it hurt like a ......
Your other problem will be getting it off... you'd have to cotton swab some makeup remover and carefully go on the inner rim until it's gone.. ouch
For a safer alternative, try any other pencil and just keep re-applying it.

commonly liquid eyeliners are least puzzling to stick to there and could stay positioned while they dry. The "stick" eyeliners could be too tough or smudge plenty less complicated. I used to positioned on my eyeliner like that when i replaced into youthful and that i myself cherished liquid the perfect--merely desires a soft hand and a backup of eye makeup remover merely in case! I use black eye shadow get your brush wet and put the eyeshadow on the inner rim. it works great and will not come off for awhile

there are about 100 colors to choose from and you can apply the shadow inside your rims with a thin eye shadow brush
it works great and stays on about 3-4hrs with me!!
