Most probably Greek [Griechisch] because the German word for Gypsy [Zigeuner] starts with a Z and it is unlikely an official marking would be based on slang Gay when Homosexual [Homosexuelle] is available, besides Gay [Schwul] in German starts with an S. I am not a speaker of German and an going from on-line translation programs.
