You will need to get a good attorney and file a rebuttal and defense against what they are saying about you. Yes a good lawyer will be fair enough to prove your innocence. You need to back everything up with proof and evidence that you have not done this and taking a lie detector test may help clear things up as well. Good luck to you. First of all she will have to have proof for what she is saying like bruises or marks or even scars to try to prove what she is saying about you or it will not stand up in court. She also may have to come up with witnesses.

If she has no proof, such as bruises, broke bones for black eyes then she will have a tough case against you (if you are "someone") Although I hope I am not giving advice to "someone" whom may be guilty. All in all I would get a lawyer and determine your options to approach these accusations. You want to play it smart...even if she is not. Are you still living with her? Or have you/ or the wife moved out? If not then I would consider getting some much needed space. Good Luck to you and I am sorry this is happening to you!

I know a few good men who was charge for domestic violence and never teach the women at all. One girl said her man was going to pay because he didn't rub her feet. She got into a big fight with him called the police they took him to jail and guess what this man had a broken leg could hardly walk had a cause on his leg from his hip area to his ankle and this women told the police he hit her and the police took him to jail and he had a case stood in jail for 3months with a broken leg out of a 6month sentence had to go to anger management school and a $1000.00 fine. And I someone else lied to the cops because he grip her by the arm to hold her back because she was drunk and was going to walk across the street without looking so he did the right thing and graped her arm for she wouldn't get hit by a car, she called the cops they came out took him to jail and let her go. And when she was sober she told them she was drunk and she don't know what she was saying, guess what the D. A. didn't care and charge him anyway with domestic violence he owes the courts $1000.00 and every Monday go to domestic violence class for 2hours and pay 15 a week for Yr. and community services. The laws are tough thanks to OJ Simpson.

First offense?
if you have been in trouble before...you might want to get a lawyer.
If you are really innocent...throw yourself on the mercy of the court.
you have to prove what is true in court...or have some people tell the Judge and write letters to him about your character.
But if you are guilty.....you may be in for some good ole payback is ab itch.
I am not saying that u r.
