How do I change the hight lights from a new bittle?

If I knew what a "hight light" or a "new bittle" were I would be able to offer some advice. I am guessing that the lights are high-beam headlights but can't even guess on bittle.

U chang thuh lites by remooving the hedlite trimn andd ajusting the hite senser intil da lites are brite enuf.
