I have a AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual-Core 4200+
1GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz- 2DIMMs
256MB NVIDIA Geforce 7300LE TurboCache
160GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache™

I was wondering if I could play the games stalker and crysis
Crysis recommended sytem requirements are

CPU: Dual-core CPU (Athlon X2/Pentium D)
Graphics: Nvidia 7800GTX/ATI X1800XT (SM 3.0) or DX10 equivalent
RAM: 1.5Gb
HDD: 6GB
Internet: 512k+ (128k+ upstream)
Optical Drive: DVD
Software: DX10 with Windows Vista

Stalker requirements are

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2 Ghz/AMD XP 2200+
RAM: 512 MB RAM
Hard Disk Space: 10 GB available hard drive space
VIDEO: 128 MB DirectX® 9c compatible card/ nVIDIA® GeForce™ 5700/ATI Radeon® 9600
CPU: DirectX® 9 compatible sound card

Can someone PLEASE tell me if my comp is good enough?

You should be able to play Stalker at lower resolutions/quality.

Good luck with Crysis, I doubt it would run well at all. Crysis is definitely next generation, even at the dx9 level.
You have a good processor, but the video card really drags it down.

It seems those games are asking a lot from your computer. To be honest, your computer is more than capable. Of course, you can download the games with no problems. But there are set backs, despite if the games are compatible with your computer you need to follow the instructions thoroughly if you don't want to encounter errors. Don't mind about most of the requirements because you only need several of them.

Stalker can be played on your system, but Crysis may not... While it will play on your system, you will experience a lot of graphic problems and slowness of your computer, like freezes.

I would say that yes, you can play both games on your computer. I have a five year old computer that plays Vice City on bare minimum system requirements and it works fine, so don't worry if recommended requirements show more quantities than what your computer possesses.
